This scenario is the same as scenario 2, but based on Microsofts' Windows platform. The costs, especially the license costs will be very high in this scenario. Diskless clients are not possible in this scenario so there must be an installation of windows XP embedded, or a small Linux installation on the client, in order to connect to the server. Therefor all the hardware recommendations are the same, except that the clients need a small harddisk. This can be a flash module of 256 MB.
